We can all agree that a pardon of Manafort now is an overt act of obstruction of justice, right?

Even if the crimes he was convicted of did not directly relate to his Trump campaign work, we're talking about a blatant attempt at a quid pro quo of a key figure in the infamous Trump Tower meeting.

I mean, it shouldn't even be a question, correct?

That being said, we shouldn't be surprised if Trump attempts this anyways. He did, after all, fire James Comey because of the "Russia thing" and revoke John Brennan's security clearance because he viewed him as being involved in the "witch hunt" against him.
