Lanny Davis, the attorney representing Michael Cohen, said Cohen has knowledge of a conspiracy between Trump and Russia.

He also said that he'll tell Special Counsel Robert Mueller about it in an interview on MSNBC.

Davis coupled his comments with the launch of a fundraiser for Cohen to help him "tell the truth" about Trump.

Davis says this includes both a conspiracy to rig the 2016 presidential election and to cover it up from the FBI.

Cohen on Tuesday pleaded guilty to committing campaign finance violations at the direction of Trump.

Davis said Cohen has information of interest to Mueller that is beyond the scope of the tRump Tower meeting, but he (Davis) can't divulge it yet.

Even though Michael Avenatti isn't representing Cohen, he hinted a few weeks ago that Cohen had way more info on Trump. Lanny Davis is representing Cohen, and he has been mostly quiet until the plea deal was struck yesterday.

Cohen's guilty plea yesterday was only specifically for the illegal payoffs for silencing the women but it was only a small part of the story. He's probably going to admit that he actually did go to Prague in July 2016, for the reasons we already know. He met up with Putin's agent for collusion and to hand over the audiotape of Trump saying that he agrees to drop the sanctions against the oligarchs if he gets elected. There might have also been some cash handed over for the hackers who did the dirty work.

Cohen also knows a lot about Trump's money-laundering for the Russians, selling them high-priced condos and other securities. Also taking loans from the oligarchs and keeping them "off the books."

Michael Cohen turned over a huge number of documents and tapes in that FBI raid 4 or 5 months ago. The investigators probably still have a lot to go through, but I'm sure we'll be getting more releases in the next few weeks.

...this on MSNBC this way, with Davis at the helm, is helping. Looks like a partisan accusation rather than a sober defense of the Republic itself.

For something this serious, there should be some ----gravitas---not just sensational ratings.

Is that the new normal thing since Trump?

Davis should call a press conference on the steps of Congress---I don't know--something like that.
