Anyone else having trouble with Twitter? Can't refresh.

It's been over 40 minutes now and the home page doesn't refresh.

I created several "friends" groups, assigning people to a high school group or a college group or other groups. None of those groups is showing any postings at all, except one post from yesterday in Close Friends, and none of them are refreshing/updating, even though friends on those various lists are posting stuff. Weird.
