The Apprentice contestant claimed she was sexually harassed by Trump in 2007.

During a press conference in October 2016, she claimed Trump had “aggressively kissed” her on two separate occasions in 2007.

The reality star said she met with Trump in his New York office to discuss a possible job, but claims he “kissed her on the lips” to say hello and goodbye.

Ms Zervos said the alleged sexual conduct left her feeling “nervous and embarrassed”.

She later met with Trump for dinner while he was visiting LA at his bungalow hotel.

Reading a statement at the press conference, she said: “He came at me and started kissing me open mouthed as he was pulling me towards him.

“He then grabbed my shoulder and began kissing me very aggressively and placed his hand on my breast.”

When she blocked his attempts, Trump allegedly walked her into the suite’s bedroom, “put her in an embrace” and “thrust his genitals” towards her.


She sued after her claims were dismissed by the billionaire as “fabricated and made up”.

Ms Zervos is one of several women who made sexual allegations against Mr Trump when he was running for president last year. He has denied their allegations.

However that's not to say that Gloria Allred isn't also working the case. The lawyers from other states will normally partner with a New York lawyer when the case will be tried in NY. Usually California lawyers aren't licensed in NY, although they could be. Allred might still be involved as an outside consultant or something.
