... recorded just before the verdict comes out yesterday.

John Dean goes over Watergate and the situation now and what Cohen and others are going through. He mentions that he never really worried that Nixon would destroy democracy- he knew that Nixon would do what the Supreme Court ordered. But he says that he thinks Trump in the same situation would say to the Supreme Court-- "You have the marshals. I have the army. I'll do what I want."

I think he's right to say that as crooked as Nixon and his crew were, they got nothing on these people.
