What is Justice Department's Next Move?

So Cohen declared in a criminal information, one apparently approved by the prosecutors, that he Cohen committed two campaign finance violations and did so at the direction of and in coordination with ... Trump.

Can the Feds just let that fact stand there? Don't they need to do something about this?

I mean it is now plain that the Justice Department officially endorses a declaration made under oath that the President of the US has committed a crime. Can an actual indictment or if not an indictment then at least a referral to the Congress possibly be far behind?
