"at this juncture I can only say that he (COHEN) was present during a discussion with junior and dad" about the Trump Tower meeting.
Davis: " I don't know if it's a smoking gun or how decisive it is. What I'm suggesting is that Mr. Cohen was an observer and was a witness to Mr. Trump's awareness of those e-mails before they were dropped, and it would pertain to the hacking of the e-mail accounts."
“Mr Cohen has direct knowledge … that suggests, I’m not sure it proves, that Mr Trump was aware of Russian government agents hacking illegally, committing computer crimes, to the detriment of the candidate he was running against, Hillary Clinton.”
