Re: Kavanaugh----We said "what about Judge Garland?" They said: (crickets)

We said "He lied under oath at last confirmation!". They said: (crickets)

We said "We should examine all of his Bush White House documents." They said (crickets)

We now say "we should not consider Trump's nominee while he's under the cloud of the sworn Cohen allocation." They now say: "Ha-ha-ha!"

If Democrats aren't willing to raise some real hell, violate protocols adopted before an abomination like Trump was thought possible and risk censure by the "rulers" of the Senate, Kavanaugh will soon be making us miss "Fat Tony".

about the treatment of prisoners at Abu Gharaib. He replied that he'd had nothing to do with those decisions. Durbin later read that Kavanaugh had taken part in "spirited discussions" about water boarding, torture, etc.with other Bush officials and he wrote to Kavanaugh(in 2007) and requested an explanation.

Durbin is still waiting for a response.
