Trump: 'I don't know how you can impeach somebody who has done a great job'

Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump questioned how he could be impeached when he's made strides improving economic conditions in an interview aired Thursday.

"You know, I guess it says something like high crimes and all -- I don't know how you can impeach somebody who has done a great job," Trump said in response to a question from Fox News' Ainsley Earhardt, who asked if he believes Democrats would try to impeach him if they win back control of Congress.

"If I ever got impeached, I think the market would crash, I think everybody would be very poor," Trump said. "You would see numbers that you wouldn't believe."

Putin has him doing this now because he wants revenge for his country being hurt by this country now and in the past. trump's putins asset in the office of the presidency now, and doing all his bidding for him, and putins also probably behind intel information being fed to trump to use against others with.

but thinks he people shouldn't care because he's so awesome and amazing and he's making America Great Again. When he first got elected, he thought people would celebrate him for his masterful "upset" win over Clinton as well instead of hating him for his racism, sexism and fascism.

If he thought they were just trivial things, he would not be systematically trying to shut down the investigation and simultaneously having Fox News spout off conspiracy theories trying to taint Team Mueller.

They built the autobahns, got Hugo Boss to design some striking uniforms, began development of the Volkswagen beetle, built nifty rockets by Werner von Braun ("I Aim at the Stars," but sometimes I hit London), got their war machine on, and murdered many millions of innocent people in the process.

Where's the goddamned gratitude?

Bill was impeached. Wrong again, Mr. "I give myself an A+".

"The market would crash, and everybody would be poor."

Wrong yet again. All of us in the lower 94% are already poor. It would make rich people slightly less well-off.

I see no downside to impeachment.

Bill Clinton turned the economy around and we enjoyed peace and prosperity for almost a decade. Republicans didn't impeach Clinton because he was a womanizer. They couldn't stand having a Democrat in the White House, especially one who was so popular and successful.

Democrats don't behave like that, so if and when they impeach Trump, he'll deserve it. Sorry chump, start drafting your resignation Tweet now while you're able to string together a few words into a sentence.

People ARE poor right now, their lives made even worse by Trump's policies. He doesn't care about anyone, and that speaks to his lack of morality and the shallowness of his weak character.

Its easy . The American people are realizing how corrupt , and treasonous he really is , and are running away from him quickly now, while he's desperately trying to con them into believing he's doing a great job, when in reality he's not. Anyone who would cage children to intentionally hurt them for life shouldn't be anywhere in our government. Anyone who is so corrupt he has to lie all the time shouldn't be in our government, and anyone who backs corrupt criminals calling them good , or decent , or fine people , and willing hires them shouldn't be anywhere in our government. trumps a crook , and a treasonous one at that, and deserves the harshest penalties for doing this, period. Praising criminals , protecting other criminals , working with serial criminals is more than enough for him to be removed from office, and punished for what he's done, and is doing. Should have been in prison long time ago. republicans still backing this will suffer the consequences , legally , and politically .

Nixon was almost impeached because he did a crime. To be fair to him, he founded the EPA, something that I am not entirely sure modern democrats would support if done today, and he opened up dialogue with China. Yet, he was impached

Clinton had the sort of economy you droll over, and he was impeached because he was foolish enough to wag his finger and say "I did not have sex with that woman" while knowing Monica was ready to get her 15 minutes of fame. It also helped that Ken "Baylor wmen got raped on my watch" Starr and Brett "Trump icked me because I will save his ass" Kavanuagh helped.
