(9,350 posts)Everyone here probably knows it, but the National Enquirer is run by one of Donald Trump's friends. Supposedly, while he was writing those types of stories about Hillary Clinton and her family he was also going around paying women for their stories of sex with Trump so that they would not be able to go to other publications. After he paid the women for their stories refused to put their stories in his magazine. That is reportedly the reason the general public did not see more stories, during the campaign, about Trump's cheating on his wife.

(25,465 posts)One person can turn them around til they're blue in the face, but with 10 checkout lanes at any grocery store and cashiers tidying things up, it would take about 50 trips to a grocery store per day to keep them all turned around. Unless all checkout lanes are hit at once, then it would probably only require 5 trips to the store per day. Much less how many grocery stores are there in a city?

The Enquirer has been exposed as to what they are, garbage, not even fit for the outhouse,if we still had outhouses.

(14,160 posts)..... should be considered a donation in kind to the trDump presidential election campaign.
I am sure the monetary value of all those trash stories far exceeded the $5,000.00 cap per individual corporation allowed per election cycle.
Did Pecker get immunity for this too or can he be nailed ? Dollars to donuts trDump did not claim this on his FEC election reports.
Drip, drip, drip, - trDump will fully and knowingly committed a myriad of fraud to get his ass in the Oval Office and block HRC by fraudulent means.

(12,022 posts)A front cover would be worth far, far more. By running these anti-Hillary stories, Pecker was essentially contributing well over the campaign contribution limits.

After a talk with my Grandson about how much money companies make when you play their games I realized that is how Newspapers stay in business now. Three forths of the paper is ads. Every time I turn a page they are making money.

(19,204 posts)Hillary never stood a chance in that election. All the underhanded, illegal bullshit that was thrown against her and she still beat the Orange Criminal Asshole by 3 million votes. Russia takes care of the electoral votes, et voila! We have a stoopid criminal piece of shit for president.

(27,816 posts)... and saw those headlines, I thought I'd somehow wound up on JPR.
These were exactly the same "news stories" that JPR posters were promoting throughout the 2016 campaign.
But just like the die-hard Trump-humpers, there's no way the progressier-than-thou because we know what's REALLY going on JPR folk will ever admit how easily they were "had".
