No outsiders. No goddamned billionaires. I don't want to swap their oligarchs with our oligarchs.

I want a previously campaign-vetted elected official running for our party!

3. Being a billionare should not be a reason to make someone president--or to deny them the presidency.

He should be judged on his merits. And it is not fair to call him an oligarch. He is better described as a dedicated environmentalist.

And he understands that we should not ignore the fact that Donald Trump is committing blatantly impeachable offenses.

NO.

The presidency isn't suited for on-the-job training. I want someone who has paid her/his dues and come up through the ranks with proven ability, and who understands the concept of the three branches of our government.

He understands that the man in the executive branch is abusing the powers of his office and has committed impeachable offenses.

He has proven himself to me through his work on climate change, the most important issue that we face.

Can I assume that you will vote for him if he is the nominee, your concerns notwithstanding?

even if we don't agree.

He understands that the man in the executive branch is abusing the powers of his office and has committed impeachable offenses.
Seriously? Pretty much everyone on DU understands that, but it doesn't mean we're all qualified to be president.

He has proven himself to me through his work on climate change, the most important issue that we face.
Again, you're entitled to your opinion on this. Others may have differing priorities.

Can I assume that you will vote for him if he is the nominee, your concerns notwithstanding?
I will vote for the Democratic nominee.

Have a good evening.

10. He ended his career as a businessman in order to focus on being an environmentalist.

He devoted himself to fighting climate change and protecting our natural resources.

14. Then Tom Steyer will be a welcome change of pace since he is an environmentalist
