He is indeed more 'unrefined' than 99% of the country (90% aren't racists, and 9 out of 10 racists would at least care about their fellow whites), but it's the combination of dishonesty, greed, entitlement and more than mark him out. 'Vulgarian' can sound like the elite looking down on him; the problem is that about half of the prison population can look down on him too, morally.
