He could get indicted if he was part of election fraud , cover ups, obstruction of justice , and receiving putin money for him and his campaign. The way he's now protecting putin and trump I suspect he's in deep , and will soon be one of them exposed and charged. That's treasonous. Any member receiving money from putin , funneled to them and their campaigns are looking at serious trouble very soon. I also think trumps conning them to believe putin will help them win again from hacking, but he's probably lying to them to stall for more time. Just a matter of time and putin will turn on him too , along with most of the republicans.
