I am starting to believe that perhaps people deserve to pay for the consequences of their actions or

inactions as the case may be.

2000 should have been a wake-up call, and it almost appeared to be with the 2008 election, but with the 2016 election, and no doubt many factors were involved, the fact is people took 2008 to 2012 for granted, and for one reason or another, the country elected a racist, sexist, bigot, and whether there is actually any saving grace left in America I think will be answered by the midterms.

It should have been obvious in 2016. I think for many the midterms will be the last chance for redemption, and perhaps survival

Whether they deserve that or not, the consequences will occur. MineralMan Aug 2018 #1

I suggest that those of us who understand that work very, very hard to change the direction things are going.

trump will be rampant and his deplorables will become even more demonstrative in public with their racism.

The future of the country hinges on the Nov. election
