1. Canada needs to approve - won't happen

The Idiot in Chief can't break trade agreements with other Nations with an outgoing President of another Country....

2. With Mexico tRump dropped the "sunset clause" addon that Canada had insisted he drop.

tRump is just trying to pressure Canada. But the Canadians are cool and savvy.

Canada was in favor of arrangements to increase Mexican wages and working conditions, part of the partial set of provisions that preliminary agreement was reached with Mexico. The US and Mexico could not find even preliminary agreement on other parts of the Mexico arrangements.
