Oddly enough, a week after getting home I suffered a heart attack followed by emergency surgery and was in the ICU for a spell. I'm better now, but have been considerably less active for the past few weeks waiting for my cracked ribs to heal from receiving CPR, and various other life adjustments.
I'll be fine and back on my bike soon, though.
Pretty weird though. One day I'm climbing the Alps and just a few days later I'm being resuscitated in the back of an ambulance. Life can be funny.
I'm so glad you're recovering. That was serious. Take care bro and yes we don't know what's coming tomorrow.
