I started to post that the book was out but added the word 'soon'
when I noticed 'pre-orders' were being taken.
We're talking about a book about a treasonous act here!

concerns me. I had to read that one 3 times before I understood when the book was coming out, and I'm not sure I do yet. People started to uses tenses for a reason. It enhances understanding. It wasn't invented by English teachers to confound us.
