They should be ashamed. Even if true, those things are irrelevant to the lawsuit. No reputable attorney would file such a thing. They must be really desperate. Pulling the Trump method of trying to muddy the waters...smoke and mirrors, smoke & mirrors...like magicians. Distracting you to look there, when the corruption is going on "here."

You haven't been listening. It's always the evil Hillary. She's everywhere! She's everywhere!

I confess I could barely read the fine print in the response. Was it Hillary herself manipulating the NYAG office or were her minions from the pizza parlor basement-that-never-was doing the deed this time? Or perhaps it was one of her many sock puppets in the FBI. One thing's for sure, it was all paid for by uranium stolen from isis back in the 70s. (Demons can time travel, y'know).

I desperately, and quite selfishly, want Trump (and all the lesser Trumps) to be convicted in New York State for their crimes. I want them sentenced to serve their time at Attica. It's about a 45 minute drive for me to the prison. How I'd love to carry-out a one man campaign to march in front of the prison every day, with random signs throwing shade at the entire lot.

I will, however, accept Trump's conviction on federal charges and his incarceration in a federal prison. That's just the kind of self-sacrificing guy I am.

He has no way of monkeying with this investigation, it's not under the purview of a corrupt republican government, and no body can play Gerald Ford, and give him a privilege pardon for having been president after he leaves the office. He and his sons are going to prison where they belong.
