here's why on personal level, unlike Gorsuch for instance, i really can't stand Kavanaugh--he's been part of every awful thing GOP has done for last 20 yrs.

90s: impeachment garbage
2000: stealing Fla recount
2000s: enabling W's fiasco presidency
2010s: kissing up to Trump.

Plus, as we are learning today, racial profiling, using stolen emails from a Senator's computer, lying to the Senate during previous confirmation hearings, withholding documents concerning his history with bogus security issues.

Edited to add: we might even find out about his real role in the torture memos.
