i call complete horsesh*t.

grassley's lying because he doesn't want a showdown that will generate bad press.

no way did the committee (without booker, apparently) clear the docs for release at 4am and then never tell booker until he threatened to release them and then actually did release them thinking he was risking his job to do so.

complete and total fabrication!
