College student says he saved $6,000 for new car; it was stolen in minutes

Jose Soto said he worked at Chipotle to save up money for the car. That's also where he thinks his money was stolen from the parking lot.

"I had it right here, set up with an envelope right here, and $100 right next to it, and that's it. It was gone," Soto said, pointing to where the money was in his car.

Around 2 p.m. Sept 1, Soto stopped by the Altamonte Springs Wells Fargo on State Route 434 to withdraw $6,000.

From there, he went to Amscot to pick up $100 his dad had sent him to help with the purchase and then made a quick stop at Chipotle for a bite to eat.

Not real smart leaving money in sight but still. Sucks

He made withdrawal inside bank, which maximized witnesses. He made sure the parking lots had no cameras before making the report.
Could also be legit.

I'd gone to Tiffany's here on Walnut Street and purchased a $70,000.00 diamond ring for my bride. I had parked the car with the lights flashing, threw the blue box which had been gift wrapped inside on the front seat and walked half a block to buy a soft pretzel from the vendor and talked to him about our Eagles and the Super Bowl. when I came back, to my disbelief, the ring was gone. My wife is so sad.

Please, everyone, send me money to replace it: make out the check to "PCIntern Bermuda Travel Fund" and send it soon...time is of the essence.

of course
