There was this little piddly tropical storm where my folks live a few years ago. Well, the Weather Channel clown was out there babbling about all this "debris" that was being blown around by the wind. We could clearly see the "debris" flying around him. It was paper.

weather guy at the coast at night, talking about the wind etc ... then made a flinching motion and referred to a tree coming down behind him in the dark ... camera focuses on dark behind him...
then later (30 minutes or so) go back to him as he recounts in the interim the crew had taken a break and traveled to get snacks, and on the way found the downed tree ... shot of a tree down and in the road... in broad daylight 😑
and back to the weather guy broadcasting in the night ...

Where the weather lady was literally in a canoe and when the shot was widened there was no water at the side of the road.
I howled with laughter that night.
