Looking back to midnight (so the entirety of 9/14 up to 630PM Eastern) he's got a couple dozen tweets, but all except 4 are retweets of FEMA, DHS, Red Cross, etc accounts. 3 of the 4 original content tweets are brief thank-yous to FEMA, police, first responders, volunteers, etc. The 4th is a quote from Geraldo Rivera, likely transcribed from FoxNews, about the death toll in Puerto Rico during Hurricane Maria.
Not a peep, either original or retweeted, about Manafort. Not good or bad, not sadness or anger. Nothing. Clearly he is being kept away from his twitter machine. But eventually he will get his stubby little fingers back on his phone. Should be a roller-coaster ride when he does.
