What happens to sharing of information between Trump and Manafort lawyers? (Joint defense agreement)

...now that he's 'cooperating' with Mueller.

I assume it's going to end, but I haven't seen anything on that. As of last night, their lawyers were being reported as still having a sharing agreement.

How Trump and Manafort Are Helping Each Other in the Russia Investigation

Is Manafort free to use what he's learned from Trump lawyers in assisting Mueller?

Manafort officially agreed to go "undercover" for Mueller. I'm wondering if that was retroactive, ecstatic Sep 2018 #4

According to the journalist Bob Woodward’s new book, Fear, Manafort is not alone in having a deal with Trump. Thirty-seven witnesses who have been called to testify so far in the Mueller inquiry are part of a joint-defense agreement with the president, which allows them to share details about what they told the special counsel. Michael Cohen, the president’s former personal attorney and fixer, also had an agreement with Trump, but he backed out earlier this summer when he decided to cooperate with New York prosecutors.

Whether Manafort will be pardoned is the next big question in this saga—or at least it was before Manafort’s cooperation was revealed. Earlier this week, former federal prosecutors told me that Manafort’s joint-defense agreement with Trump could help him angle for a pardon. The agreement has given him a valuable channel into Trumpworld, allowing him to share confidential information with Trump—and vice versa—about the Russia investigation under the protection of attorney-client privilege. But that agreement will undoubtedly be voided now that Manafort has chosen to help Mueller.

Apparently these agreements are limited in what info can be shared. They are tricky.

if Manafort wants to share what he discussed with his lawyers with Mueller, when the topic is what Trump's lawyers discussed with Manafort's lawyers?

since clearly he can't go undercover now. Maybe the "undercover" part means he was wired during the so called joint defense meetings with trump's lawyers?

Why does he need joint defense agreements with so many people? An innocent person does not do that, even a paranoid innocent person.
