Who's afraid to stand up to the president? Not these women.

President Donald Trump has been busy during his first weeks in office. Republicans (and even some Democrats) in Congress — the majority of them white and male — have so far supported the president's agenda, almost uniformly voting in line with Trump-approved policies.

But the opposition is here, and it is female.

Trump made enemies of women early in his campaign — some might say before that — by dismissing, insulting, and demeaning them in speeches and tweets and leaked tapes. Dissent has been loud and widespread, but notably, it's been women who have taken the boldest stances against the president.

As Rebecca Traister writes in The Cut, "It must be galling for a man who has been so open about his disregard for women to find that the strongest pushback to his administration so far has come from a bunch of women who appear more than a little unimpressed by President Trump, his appointees, and his executive orders."

These women have accused Trump of sexual harassment

His denial, though, has opened the floodgates for women who are now accusing him of sexual harassment spanning from groping on planes to unwanted advances in the Trump Tower.
The presidential candidate has strongly denied wrongdoing, going so far as to threaten lawsuits against media outlets who published new claims.
For some of the women, they felt compelled to speak out against Trump after hearing him tell Cooper that he had not groped women without their consent. Here's what they have said so far:
