18. No. Technically speaking she did not. The Fox News people called it her win.

CNN and MSNBC said otherwise. I was watching all three at the same time when this happened. And they mainly called it her win because she did not answer any question posed to her, called Biden - Joe, so she could say, "You bet'cha, Joe."

You can watch the debate yourself and you will see how vapid she was. She made no valid answer, it was a bit depressing.
