If your really good friend was falsely accused of attempted rape with you in the room, wouldn't rush to testify where ever and when ever you could that your friend is innocent? If your really good friend is accused of attempted rape with you in the room and you will not testify, the logical conclusion is you know the allegation to be true.

If she wants an investigation, she needs to file a complaint with the local authorities where it happened. Why isn't her attorney telling her that?

Another one who doesn't know the difference between a criminal investigation and a background check?

Since what everyone's talking about is Dr. Ford's allegations, which do not involve any federal crime, I have no clue where you're getting "Security blackmail exposure".

…….unless the client, in this case the White House, requests it. Again, they have no jurisdiction to "investigate" these allegations because she's not alleging any federal crime.
