fly to Maryland and file a criminal complaint against Kavanaugh for kidnapping. A former Maryland State AG indicated that kidnapping charges might apply as well and Maryland has no statute of limitations on kidnapping. Announce is publicly afterwards.

Then see if the Rethugs have the nerve to hold the vote on Monday.
