but it was "a lot of them." He was clearly trying to dodge a direct answer not only in his verbal and nonverbal response.
How does someone not know the answer to a question like that? Really. If you are applying for a job, you know exactly what is asked of you for documentation as part of the process.

(115,836 posts)even though -- once again -- he got passed over for the running mate job because the candidate needed someone who would "energize" the base. Timmy isn't capable of energizing anyone except maybe his dog when he fills the dog food bowl (making sure to save a little for Granny). Still, he blinks back the tears and soldiers on, maybe hoping he'll be rewarded with a job in the federal government they all love to hate so much. Romney could certainly find a place for him in his administration, perhaps Undersecretary of Infrastructure Neglect. So he keeps sucking up, just as he has done throughout his political career; can't say anything that might reflect badly on the man to whose ass he has firmly affixed his lips, like a lamprey in a suit.

(26,219 posts)He strikes me as being so desperate for relevance that I could see him offering over a lifetime of tax returns, along with the PIN to his bank accounts, medical and veterinary records going back 20 years, auto repair and mileage logs, and the password to his groupon account.
He honestly may not know what all they actually looked at.
