So, I guess we can debate what would make a better spectacle, if that's what we're after.

The only "tool" we have is the tv remote.

for information to percolate out to the electorate, and for that to possibly jog new revelations. There's a huge reason why McConnell determined to ram confirmation through in a week. (!)

Plus, it'd make it all the more fun to watch those Repub bastards' faces as they knew they were going down with Kavanaugh.

This Kavanaugh thing is shifting sand and does not feel like solid ground.

TV Interviews are not going to,change anything no matter the timing.

How do I know this? Because I've lived through every unbelievable political moment since the JFK assination- 2000 presidential election stolen right before our glazed over eyes and every other incredible and incredulous event through Merick Garland, and 2016.

Everything has to be perfect on roll out on Wednesday and hopefully it will suck all the oxygen from all other news stories that day. For the people who don’t pay attention, they’ll hear gang rape which they will tune to watch what’s going on.

What constitutes "lethal information" against Kavanaugh at this point (if two or more credible sexual assault / rape accusations aren't enough to get him out, what at this point is)? Thanks GOP!

Depositions, interviews, investigations, et al. I might tease it a bit, so that I can gauge the opposition's strategy and, as well, see if any additional trees remain to be shaken. Since it's not a criminal accusation, nor a tort, I might use the media to draw attention from the public. Because of the nature of the opposition, I might wait to ensure that my client(s) are safe and I certainly wouldn't provide information to enable social media to distract prior to any specific allegations.

But I'm not a lawyer...
