If Rosenstein leaves after November, he will be replaced by Koch-supported Noel Francisco

Noel Francisco is a darling of the Federalist Society, supported by the Kochtopus and other shady groups.

The following video (about 90 mins) was recorded Sept 21, 2018 at the Federalist Society. It's a panel discussion, opened by Noel Francisco, on what's in the pipeline for the Supreme Court. Francisco talks for about 10 minutes at the beginning.

Key Items
- Francisco is pleased that the cases coming up involve overturning established precedent, including laws that would allow separate prosecution of federal crimes in state courts, LGBTQ nondiscrimination, labor laws, and environment laws. Then he looks at the cases in the pipeline from the lower courts. Unspoken is upsetting established law, like Roe V Wade.

The litigation coming up is straight from ALEC/Koch 40-year agendas of dismantling regulations of all types, strengthening powers of the president, and weakening democratic participation. It is chilling. Please watch--Resist--VOTE!

And faster than I expected it would. They stick together on this supreme court nominee and get Kavanaugh seated. They get a reason to fire Rosenstein handed to them compliments of the NYT.

Everything really is working out for them. I just wish Mueller would do something soon. I'm not comforted by the upcoming elections because I don't believe they won't flat out flip votes on close races. Even if the election tampering could be found, an investigation would never be called for.

I'm very concerned about how fast this is all falling into place for them

Feels like a coup. I can't believe how many fellow Americans are supporting the destruction of democracy. I am heartsick.
