Even if confirmed, Brett Kavanaugh is not off the hook.......

In Maryland, Brett Kavanaugh can still face Criminal and Civil prosecution. Maryland has no Statutes of Limitations. Thus, investigations by local and Federal authorities can and should be conducted. Mark Judge and others need to be questioned, or impelled by supeona to be questioned.

These allegations are serious and present a pattern of criminal behavior.

There are options to be pursued if the confirmation vote happens.

He won't announce them yet.

If Kavanaugh gets enough votes to be confirmed in the state of Maryland.

Every Republican who votes for him for confirmation be they Republican man or woman, will have that on their records. Democrats running now and in 2020, will not forget this and have this as ammunition against them. This is a legitimate campaign issue.
