What if they nominated Kavanaugh precisely BECAUSE they knew he's a swine?

Imagine two nominees for SCOTUS.

* Both have the necessary job-experience.
* Both have a track-record of being hardline conservatives.
* Both have a track-record of putting party over country.
* But one is is uptight when it comes to sinning (think Ted Cruz or Ben Carson), while the other one has a boatload of stories how he partied and drunk and grabbed pussy.

Which nominee would the GOP pick? The sermonizing minister or the amoral frat-boy?

KAvenaugh is actually not as batshit in his positions as some of the other nominees, but he's the only one with a mountain of things that could be used as leverage against him, and he's likely the only one who swore an oath of loyalty to the Orange Pile of Pig Vomit in the Oval Office.

then it turned into a sexual harassment circus and convinced the senate that because it couldn't be proved beyond a reasonable doubt, they have to give him life on the supreme court.

they're trying to do the same for kavanaugh. thomas on steroids.

he's an unqualified partisan hack, just like thomas. but he's got sex-related allegations to distract us from that.

once again, they're turn it into, somehow, "if you can't prove the sex-related stuff, then you have to give him a lifetime appointment to the supreme court" and ignore how he doesn't belong on the supreme court anyway because he's still an unqualified partisan hack.
