Kudos to Dr. Rachel Maddow for her sensitivity.

She is one of few TV hosts who warn viewers about upcoming material on her show. She warns that parents (Mr & Mrs Kavanaughty) may not find the subject appropriate for their children, and that recovering victims may be triggered by the details.

and I wondered if my teenage son was paying attention to her conversation with Avenatti. He likes trains and I thought he may have heard that word used in a way he didn't understand.
