The low interest rates spurred buying and taking out equity on increased values.

Prices have again reached lofty levels, and will have to come back.

No wonder some are saying a crash to the economy is coming by 2020.

Housing prices are rising precipitously and rates going up too will certainly cut into sales.

Glad I refi’d 6 yrs ago. 3.25%
