Hatch on new Kavanaugh accusations: 'I don't think we should put up with it'

Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) is encouraging the Senate Judiciary Committee to move forward in the process to confirm Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh as a third woman has emerged with sexual misconduct allegations regarding him.

"It's amazing to me that these kinds of things have come up way after the fact, way after the end of the committee hearings," Hatch said regarding the most recent allegations, according to CNN. "It shows there are people who would stop at nothing."

"I don't think it's fair to Brett Kavanaugh, I don't think it's fair to our system, I don't think it's fair to the process," Hatch said.

"I don't think we should put up with it, to be honest with you," he added.

You're in a safe state though I'm beginning to wonder if those Mormon women will continue to put up with you.

An activist group of Mormon women is calling for a halt to the Brett Kavanaugh confirmation process until an investigation is completed into the sexual assault allegations he faces.

The group, Mormon Women for Ethical Government, is specifically directing its efforts toward four male members of the Senate Judiciary Committee who are Mormon: Sens. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.), Mike Lee (R-Utah) and Mike Crapo (R-Idaho.)

It's some one else's fault they did a crap job vetting this guy? It's some one else's fault for withholding information from the committee?

Don't allow them to lay their incompetence, lack of judgement and corruption on our side. They steam rolled the process and now want to complain that their candidate turns out to be a deviant at best and criminal at worst? They can kiss my a**.

But, but, but, these motions should have been filed earlier. Sorry hatchet man, timing isn't the crux of the biscuit here. Better polish your cufflinks Orrin, the ride is gonna get messy.

...he needs a 5th conservative on the court in three weeks to sit for the oral arguments in Gamble v US. As it stands, he’s got a 4-4 at best and that won’t overturn it. If kavanaugh isn’t seated by orals he can’t vote. Hatch want 5-4 to overturn because it alone can moot anything mueller has done or will do to the trump crime family.

Kavanaugh getting on the Supreme Court might determine if some of the GOP go to jail or not with the Gamble V USA case.

Of course, they are not at all concerned with fairness to the women coming forward or to the nation.
