If he's so innocent and he's being railroaded, smeared or whatever the case may be, you'd think he'd be screaming the loudest.

If the shoe was on my foot, I'd be demanding a full investigation the first second an accuser came out.

There's good reason why he's not doing just that. He's likely got a ton of people who'd tell it like it is.
