Woman described a 1998 incident witnessed by her daughter, outside of a bar, who saw a woman being slammed against a wall by Kavanaugh.

In a conference call with the committee, BK denied the allegation.

Now they're saying that he "physically assaulted" a woman while he was inebriated. He "slammed her against the wall" in a "sexual manner."


P.S. He didn't marry till 2004.
