Democrats most likely have done their homework and have some continuity in their questions about vs what the AZ Prosecutor is doing with Ford.

Kavanaugh's statements are public and can be easily brought to question vs the fact finding Mitchell is doing with Ford.

Democrats can ask him questions he wasn't willing to answer during the confirmation hearing which will make him seem shaky vs Fords consummate answering of known known's Mitchell went through.
