What I Find Telling ...

is Kavanaugh's demeanor ... how it changes depending on who is asking him the questions. To Republicans he is relaxed, smiling, even deferential. To Democrats, especially women, he is scornful, dismissive and outright rude. His body language toward those that might get in his way speaks volumes. He turns away from them, doesn't look at them, and makes rude, offensive faces when they say something he doesn't like. He is the epitome of partisan. How is this man fit to be a judge on ANY bench, let alone the Supreme Court?

He isn't appropriate, he never was. He's always been a hyper-partisan hack. RockRaven Sep 2018 #1

It's a disgrace that he ever sniffed any judgeship, never mind the DC Circuit or SCOTUS.

He says he has no biases or prejudices, and then calls Democrats names, makes accusations, faces, lays out a Clinton conspiracy theory. So if he is charged with ruling on an issue that IS a partisan issue, how can we now believe that he will be unbiased?
