If Kava gets on the Court

he will be immensely motivated, even more than he is already, to take revenge on every progressive position that comes to SCOTUS. Any issue concerning women's issues will be tossed aside in his cavalier and snide manner.

He now obviously has such a vehement hatred of Democrats that he will do everything he can to destroy any issue that the left supports.
Also in any case of sexual impropriety or violence he will identify with the man.

Exactly the kind of person that is not supposed to be put on the Supreme Court.

Women's issues will be trashed but I think he'll take the time to construct elaborate stretches of logic and legal basises to prop up his bullshit positions.

Of course there's always the possibility that now that he's been called out he'll spend the rest of his life proving us wrong.
