Either Kav will get confirmed in the next few days, or he won't. Why expose your whole life to the media, and attract nutjobs out for revenge? And, if he does get confirmed, even if we win back the House and Senate, forget about impeachment. It would take two-thirds to remove him in the Senate, and we cannot possibly end up with 66 seats (even including the so-called GOP 'moderates') after the election.
