Recuse himself from almost everything that comes before the court. What we saw today was an Alex Jones clone in a nice suit and tie. He is a conspiracy theory nut job. His grasp on reality is clearly not judicious and his temperament that of a Fox News wacko.

(86,634 posts)I think that much of his sense of entitlement comes from an expectation that he's earned this seat due to his obedience during his other WH jobs and his participation in sacking Democratic presidents and nominees.

Thomas's wife Ginny is a regular speaker and fund raiser for all manner of Tea Party-related groups, some of which actively participate in cases before the Court---no recusal.
I wouldn't stand on one leg and hold my breath until Kavanaugh, if confirmed, recuses from any case.
