We saw the real Kavanaugh today. We saw a hyper partisan who will make Scalia look like a liberal. Now we will have 5 of them on the court. And very conservative Catholic. At least 4 are RW Catholics who believe that birth control itself is a sin. So expect that to be banned as well, when personhood is affirmed.

I have been following this crash since Reagan. It took decades to get here. There were set backs for them, but certain things kept moving forward even when Clinton and Obama were president. They made the mistake of buying into the bipartisan garbage. Like Chamberlain they believed that one could bargain with Hitler.

Bipartisanship has been a ruse pushed by the GOP. Think about it, every time the Democrats tried to move forward on something the GOP yelled partisanship corruption. Then the Democrats relented and even abandoned their own base. Clinton and Obama abandoned their base FOR bipartisanship. We are in the situation today partly because of that.

Unless something happens to stop them you will see terrifying events never seen in this country. Child separation is nothing to them when you look at what is in store. The militarized police are on their side. Look at who the police protect during demonstrations.

As a progressive Canadian who, more than anyone I knew in real life estimated Trump would be worse than anyone could imagine, he's exponentially worse. It makes my head explode thinking about what's happened to our friends south of the border. I feel for you.
