Destroying Kavanaugh's life won't fix the fact that he tried to rape her. It won't fix the feelings of vulnerability and fear she has had to live with for so many years. It would hopefully help her find peace, but it won't change what happened to her.

Of course the person truly destroying his life is the guy he sees in the mirror. His actions led to this.
