And there was zero mention today of his debts and his financial irregularities and of the weird stuff with Justice Kennedy's banker son yada yada.

But there is the outside chance that he doesn't get the votes or they decide to delay a little longer. I will extend my call to continue investigations if he is confirmed as well.

That's why I'm glad Avenatti is involved - he's not a man who walks away from a fight that's still worth fighting.

Just his lying under oath so many times, certainly one could be proven and get rid of him.

Like today when Kamala Harris asked if he watched Ford's testimony and he said no. But everyone around him before that said he watched it in Pence's lair.

We could impeach every single republican in elected office up to and including Trump. Doesn't mean it would be successful

And then if we wound up impeaching the other half of the house we'd look insane and dictatorial.

But your point stands. Impeachment is a political process anyone who is elected can face (yes while judges at the federal level are appointed, they're elected / voted in to the office).

it's in the Senate where you would run into trouble getting the 67 votes to convict and remove him.
Unless the Dems got a supermajority in the Senate, it won't happen.

I for one am not in a forgiving mood. Haven't been for quite some time. Regardless of confirmation, today should represent just the tip of the iceberg at uncovering the truth.
