Unfortunately Avenatti hasn't got any power to make the judiciary committee do anything. They have their own rules; even the Dem senators on the committee haven't been able to get the GOP majority to agree to interview other witnesses. I doubt he'll even hear back from the committee; he'll get the same fuck you they give everybody else.

4. The only way they'll take her serious is if she files a criminal sexual assault complaint.

.

With an active police investigation, it would be a far reach to see Kavanaugh get confirmed without the FBI looking into the matter, thereby giving two separate investigative agencies checks and balances on the process.

5. The problem with that is that she doesn't know who gang-raped her.

She alleged that Kavanaugh and Judge were present but she did not claim that either of them actually did the rape.

He's probably already talked to the Montgomery DA who said that there is slim chance of any charges being filed.
Avenatti is an exceedingly smart lawyer, I would think he already checked out the possibility of charges being filed.

7. Why would the FBI be looking into a state/local crime?

This is what people don't get, the FBI has no jurisdiction to investigate a non federal crime, which this isn't.
