So it sounds like there will be a vote tomorrow?

That seems like a bad sign. If they didn't have the votes don't you think they would avoid voting?

...it wouldn’t be able to come out of committee unless Flake votes to approve, so the pool of allegedly-undecided Republicans will have shrunk by one.
