No matter what happened 36 years ago, we know for sure that today, in 2018, he is a self-pitying petty liar who has utter contempt for the intelligence of the American people. How could he possibly think it was a good idea to lie about his yearbook? It should be sufficient that his current self makes people's skin crawl to disqualify him from the supreme court.

(24,653 posts)Even if you remove the reprehensible behavior in these allegations (which I completely believe to be true), there is a laundry list of other issues that make him completely unsuitable for the bench. From traffic court to the Supreme Court. He's not fit to pass judgment on other people.

The fact that all our side had to go on was one woman's word yesterday is pretty pathetic.

His temperament was what I thought disqualified him for the court. Really any court.
I believe Dr. Ford. She painted the picture of the frat boy and Kavenaugh showed up as the angry frat boy!
