Trump will move to end the Mueller investigation immediately after the full Senate Vote.

We have a Congress that is so gerrymandered that we need to win the cumulative House votes by 4% to have at least a 50% chance of controlling the House

This is the second time in the last five elections we won the popular vote and lost the election.

The Republicans stole Merrick Garland's seat.

All these outcomes were constitutional. The Constitution states Congress sets the size of the Supreme Court.

The system is already broke. Desperate times demand desperate measures.

We have to make our case to the voters. That is our only way out of this mess.

just come in and add more seats once they have the Government. If after we expand the court we make D.C. and all inhabited U.S. territories States it would make it very hard for republicans to ever get the Senate.

They WANT the partisan SCOTUS judge, and women are the collateral damage in the GOP war on Dems.

Not with his conspiracy theories about Dems plotting against him to seek revenge for the Clintons.

The dude is a serious RWNJ, and we would've have seen it all spelled out in those tons of papers the GOPers held back from the Dems.

The only consolation is that he would have rendered those decisions anyway, just like Clarence Thomas. He is a nasty partisan hack, and he would have been that on the Court, whether exposed beforehand (as he now has been) or whether he had kept it a secret with tantalizing talk of fairness, just like Jeff Flake, and then disappointing every time with his rigid right wing stances. With any luck, his weakness for alcohol excesses will soon incapacitate him, or trying to rape some comely female clerk captured on another clerk's cell phone will cause an early resignation. Guy with those weaknesses do not lose them just because they attain positions of prominence.

If he gets the job, the first thing Dems need to do when they regain Congress is to hold hearings on this. Hear the victims. Even if it's late, it gets their comments on the record.

As difficult as it is, the victims need to make reports to police in MD and demand investigations. Nothing may come of it, but this needs to happen, if only for the headlines.

Then, when Dems regain the White House, start FBI investigations.

Also, every litigant that comes to the Supreme Court on an obvious partisan matter requests the Kavanaugh recuse himself, citing his partisan rant yesterday.
